Great to meet you!

I'm a therapist who believes healing doesn't have to feel clinical or stiff. If you're carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress that never seems to shut off, I want you to know you're not broken and you're not alone in it. I work with adults and families navigating relationships, men's issues, substance use, and PTSD, and I offer sessions in English and Spanish.

Outside the therapy room, I teach graffiti art, I skate, and I host the Love Health and Prosperity podcast, a mental health show built around skate culture. Creativity and movement have carried me through hard seasons, and I bring that same energy into my work with you.

My approach to therapy

You'll get real feedback, not just nodding. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you notice the thought patterns keeping you stuck, Motivational Interviewing to help you find your own reasons for change, and Positive Psychology to build on the strengths you already have.

I also use creative and physical outlets as coping tools. For some clients that looks like art and graffiti as a way to express what words can't reach. For others it's skateboarding, learning to fall, get back up, and trust yourself again. If traditional talk therapy has felt flat to you before, this may be the space you've been looking for.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about you feeling comfortable. You can show up exactly as you are, nervous, skeptical, or unsure where to start, and we'll go at your pace. I'll ask what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you want your life to look like. You'll do most of the talking, and I'll listen closely.

By the end, you'll leave with a clear sense of how we'll work together and at least one thing you can use right away. My goal is that you walk out feeling lighter than when you walked in.
