Great to meet you!

Marche Williams is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, accomplished behavioral health leader, and Founder of SOZO Child & Family Wellness. With more than ten years of direct clinical experience, Marche has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex behavioral health, emotional, and life challenges.

Marche’s professional mission is rooted in a simple belief: meaningful change occurs when people are given the right combination of support, practical tools, accountability, compassion, and hope. Whether leading behavioral health programs, developing clinicians and staff, or building innovative services through SOZO, she remains committed to helping individuals and families move beyond surviving toward healing, growth, and lasting transformation.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. My approach is warm, compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I meet you where you are while helping you understand patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change. I am a down to earth person that believes we become a team. Together, we’ll focus on healing, growth, and becoming more confident in the life you want to create.

SOZO offers group sessions for children 7-12 that focus on emotional regulation, resilience, social skills and trauma. SOZO also offers court mandated justice involved youth ( anger management, choices and consequences, teen thrive ).

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can show up as you are. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Our sessions will balance compassion with practical tools and honest conversations, helping you build confidence, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
