Great to meet you!

Hello! I obtained my MSW with an emphasis in clinical social work and later obtained a doctorate from USC. I have worked in numerous settings ranging from inpatient psychiatric care to oncology counseling at Mayo Clinic. I currently have a private practice and am a Manager of Mental Health at one of the largest non profit agencies in Southern California.

I treat most issues, however, I specialize in teens, adults, the transgender population, women's issues, depression, anxiety, trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe in focusing on client’s strengths rather than pathology and guiding clients to create the right condition for themselves to reach their goals and make positive changes in their relationships and their lives. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each clients' individual needs to assist in attaining the personal growth they are striving for.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide you with a safe and supportive environment for learning and growth. I have a warm, comfortable style which allows you to feel safe and connected.
