I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, & prevention of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. My clients are ambitious adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, OCD, & other mental health issues, and it’s my job to properly diagnose and treat them, through both pharmacotherapy & psychotherapy.

I am an expert in understanding the complex relationship between emotional and physical health and am qualified to assess both the mental and physical aspects of psychological problems.

I provide convenient, concierge, virtual mental health services to busy adults who show up feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, or stuck and scattered in their professional or personal lives, and I help them understand the biochemical and biological factors behind their behaviors, thought processes, and mental health conditions, and through their treatment, they’re able to replace self-doubt and stress, with enhanced focus and confidence, empowering them to pursue and accomplish their life goals.

My goal as a provider is to help my clients navigate any challenging situations, particularly in regards to stress, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, & depression, because we all have scars as a result of our own human experiences & circumstances.

As a healthcare provider, part of my duty is to promote positive mental health, help eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health & educate people about the importance of self-care & mental well-being by providing accurate information to my clients & community.
