My approach to therapy

The focus of therapy sessions is to create a brave space for individual to feel they can openly express themselves and achieve growth. Clinical interventions include proficency in utilizing motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused CBT, and family systems interventions.
