Great to meet you!

My name is Marcia Spencer and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 10 years of experience providing mental health therapy. Currently, I am working with adults. I have a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a minor in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in 2013.

My approach to therapy

I am available virtually, including video or phone. I utilize a non-judgmental approach, as part of the journey to assist in changing unhelpful thoughts to begin the healing process. I assist with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship issues, etc.

What you can expect from me

“Laughing is and will always be, the best form of therapy”. Dau Voire. I believe that a problem does not disappear overnight; an individual can work hard to manage the feelings that are associated with the problem in efforts to live a more productive life. I have created a safe and comfortable space for expressions of emotions and laughter. One of my goals is to make the situation a little lighter, while working together to figure things out.
