Great to meet you!

I believe whatever life throw your way you can use those difficult situations, hurts, and pains as inspiration to a healthier you. I would like to assist you in turning life’s disappointments into stepping stones on the journey to a better and healthier future.

I work with children, adolescents and adults. I have a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology.

I provide a place where you can be yourself and begin the healing process, or to assist you in reaching your personal goals.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) for my main treatment therapy. My motto is: If I can help people change the way they think and what they say, I can help them change their future. I am here to help you find solutions to the problem rather than focusing on the problem. For those who choose Christian Counseling I also, use biblical principles to help you achieve a balanced life.

What you can expect from me

Being Heard and not being judged. A feeling of hope for a better future. Your first steps of building a plan to achieve your goal of coming to Therapy.
