Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist with more than ten years of clinical experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, career stress, ADHD, trauma, and emotional abuse. I bring a warm, compassionate, respectful, and interactive presence to therapy and believe each person deserves to feel heard, understood, and valued. My work is grounded in the belief that people are more than a diagnosis or label, and I focus on their strengths, experiences, values, and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, build confidence, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and individualized. I integrate cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive approaches, drawing from each to meet the unique needs of the person I am working with. Together, we explore patterns of thinking, emotions, relationships, and past experiences while developing practical coping strategies and new ways of responding to life’s challenges. I see therapy as a collaborative process and work alongside each client to identify their goals, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where we begin getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, experiences, strengths, and goals while beginning to identify patterns or challenges that may be affecting your well-being. My goal is for you to leave with a greater sense of being heard and understood, as well as a clearer direction for our work together. We will develop a treatment approach that feels relevant to your needs and supports the changes you want to make.
