Great to meet you!

I hold a MA in Counseling and a BS in Applied Psychology. I offer genuineness and empathy inside a holistic framework. A trauma-informed approach gives you the space and sensitivity needed to trust the therapeutic process. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, is my specialty, with a variety of proven helping skills. Your spritual preferences are important, and I am open. My work background is in children/youth, family, women's issues, substance use, and child loss/infertility.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and eclectic-using coping and helping skills from varioius therapies in order to help you tailor your emotional fitness goals according to your beliefs and values.

What you can expect from me

I strive in each session to provide you with a take-away; that is a specific tool in managing thoughts and increasing your self-awareness. With consistent practice, you will quickly see that small changes can produce big (and positive) results! You will find unconditional acceptance in the brave space where we will meet.
