Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently advancing my expertise as a Ph.D. student in Counseling Education. In our practice, we believe in a collaborative approach to wellness; while we are a small team, we offer a diverse range of skills and specialties to ensure you receive the specific care you need. I am dedicated to providing a professional yet deeply human experience for every individual I serve.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is never 'one size fits all,' so I utilize a creative, integrative approach tailored to your unique story. My practice is rooted in Person-Centered, Existential, and Gestalt theories, focusing on the here-and-now and the deeper meaning of your experiences. Together, we will 'uncover the onion' of your life’s journey, navigating the difficulties you've faced and moving toward lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to build a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. This 'getting to know you' phase is where we will discuss your specific needs and define the goals you want to achieve. You can expect a warm environment that allows the conversation to flow naturally as we begin our partnership in your healing journey.
