Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and everyday stressors. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I believe therapy should be individualized, practical, and focused on the concerns that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), tailoring our work to your individual needs and goals. Together, we may explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences while also developing practical strategies to help you cope with challenges and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin identifying what you would like to gain from therapy. I will ask about what brought you to therapy, what you are currently experiencing, and what has or hasn't been helpful in the past. You can expect a relaxed, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we will begin developing goals and a direction for therapy that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
