Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Marcie Rey. I help emotionally and mentally exhausted leaders seeking the Mental Strength to regain their purpose, heal their hearts, and connect to their inner self.

After co-founding 2 non-profits, raising my three children, and obtaining my degrees, I realized that I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and suffering from vicarious trauma. If any of that sounds familiar then I am here to help YOU!

A bit about my approach to therapy

What I bring to my clients, is honesty, encouragement, empowerment, and the belief that if you want to change then I'm here to help you.

I often, tell my clients, "I'll believe for you until you can believe for yourself." I focus on overcoming trauma, building upon your strengths, creating healthy boundaries, and ending the people-pleasing treadmill.

Additionally, I am EMDR trained and am experienced in women's issues such as sexual abuse and culturally competent in Hispanic / Latino issues.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect an emotionally supportive environment where you will be challenged and held at the same time.
