Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a place where we can slow down, become curious about ourselves, and begin to understand the deeper patterns shaping our lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented, with a strong influence from Jungian psychology and an interest in the unconscious, dreams, relationships, identity, and meaning. I especially enjoy working with people navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or a sense that something within them is asking to change. My goal is not simply to help you feel better, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented, drawing from Jungian psychology, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness. I help clients explore unconscious patterns, relationships, dreams, and the deeper meaning behind emotional struggles. Together, we work not only toward relief from symptoms, but toward greater self-understanding, authenticity, and a more meaningful relationship with yourself and your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel warm, collaborative, and unhurried. I’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and the patterns or relationships that may be shaping your experience. Rather than rushing to “fix” anything, we’ll begin identifying what feels most important and develop goals that are meaningful to you. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling understood, a little more grounded, and curious about what we can uncover together.
