Great to meet you!

If you've been searching for a therapist who truly gets where you're coming from, whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, family tension, ADHD, or struggling with substances, I want you to feel at home here from the first conversation. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all stages of life, including children, teens, and older adults. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I warmly welcome clients of faith who want their beliefs to be a real part of the healing process.

This work found me early. I grew up watching my parents serve their community with unconditional love, and as a teenager I realized that was the path for me too. Over 10 years into this calling, that hasn't changed.

My approach to therapy

At the center of how I work is genuine respect for who you are and what you've been through. I don't come in with a fixed plan. I follow your lead, drawing from motivational interviewing, CBT, and solution-focused therapy, and with younger clients I use play therapy to meet them where they are.

For clients of faith, I'm happy to weave your beliefs into our work when that feels right to you. I find that healing tends to go deeper when therapy aligns with what you already hold as true.

What you can expect from me

The first session is yours to use however you need it. You'll have a warm, unhurried space to share what's brought you in, at whatever pace feels comfortable. We'll talk through what's been going on, what you'd like to feel differently, and start sketching out how we'll work together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you arrive. Just come as you are.
