Great to meet you!

The journey to become a therapist started watching my parents serve with love and unconditionally. As a kid, I was curious to understand how things work. As a teenager, I linked understanding behaviors with the humanity I saw in my parents and felt it as a vocation. Currently I have been practicing the counseling for more than 10 years as LPC.

My approach to therapy

My main approach is client-centered and humanistic, with unconditional support, acceptance, and empathic listening. I help individuals, couples, and families thrive using approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Play Therapy. Also I like to include Faith based approach if it is part of clients convictions.

What you can expect from me

As a client you can expect a warm and open space to speak freely about your main concerns while feeling listened to, understood, and not hurried. We will discuss therapeutic boundaries, expectations, and main goals, or at least identify what's the priority to work with.
