
I have more than 20 years in the human service field, help people navigate their way through life's challenges. I have a Masters in Human Servies and a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I served 10 years in the Military, both Navy and Army. I help individuals explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that prevent personal growth through identifying what changes need to be made to successfully journey toward a healthy, happy, and hopeful life.
I provide individual, family, and family counseling services. I serve clients 12-year-old and older. My other areas of expertise include, Anger Management, romantic relationships concerns, family relationships, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Trauma, and Adjustments.
