Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with have been carrying something heavy for a long time — compulsive behaviors, betrayal, relational pain, or trauma that has quietly shaped their sense of self and their closest relationships. If that sounds familiar, I want you to know: you don't have to keep carrying it alone, and you don't have to have it figured out before you reach out.

My role isn't to rush the process or hand you easy answers. It's to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest — about your story, your struggles, and what you're hoping for — and to work alongside you toward real, lasting change.

I specialize in sexual addiction recovery and betrayal trauma, two areas that are often deeply intertwined and frequently misunderstood. I work with individuals navigating compulsive sexual behaviors and pornography use, and with partners whose world has been upended by betrayal.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in Texas and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through IITAP. I hold a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from LeTourneau University, with clinical experience spanning community mental health, intensive inpatient therapy, and in-hospital crisis evaluation with adults and children. I see adolescents (16+), adults, couples, and families.

My faith as a follower of Jesus is central to who I am, and it shapes the compassion, humility, and patience I bring into the counseling room. Faith-integrated care is available for those who want it — and clients of all backgrounds and beliefs are genuinely welcome here.

My approach to therapy

I use the CSAT framework developed by Dr. Patrick Carnes and IITAP to guide this work in a structured, evidence-informed way. My broader clinical approach draws from CBT, Family Systems Therapy, and trauma-informed modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where I will get to know you as a whole person — not just the issue that brought you in, but your strengths, relationships, daily life, and what wellness means to you. Together, you'll start identifying what you'd most like to change and begin exploring practical, actionable steps you can take right away, even as the deeper work unfolds over time. The overall feel should be collaborative and hopeful. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard and with a clearer sense of direction.
