Great to meet you!

“I’ve always found the Serenity Prayer encouraging: 'God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference...”

My approach to therapy

I adopt a holistic approach to counseling that integrates several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free conversation where I will get to know you as a whole person — not just the issue that brought you in, but your strengths, relationships, daily life, and what wellness means to you. Together, you'll start identifying what you'd most like to change and begin exploring practical, actionable steps you can take right away, even as the deeper work unfolds over time. The overall feel should be collaborative and hopeful. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard and with a clearer sense of direction.
