My name is Marcus McCray, I served in the U.S, military for 20 years. I have provided group and trauma counseling for the last two years in the local area. My counseling style centers around motivational interviewing (MI) and finding ways to use an individuals natural abilities to fine solutions/improvements in our every day lives.

My approach to therapy

I use MI and trauma informed care to help find hope and healing. I believe mental, emotional, and spiritual self care are important for healing and long term success.
