Great to meet you!

I’m eager to help you wherever you’re at in your life’s journey. I have lots of experience with mindfulness, breathing exercises, health & nutrition, creative expression, the power of laughter, growth, gratitude, as well as setting your goals and achieving your dreams.

I've spent nearly a decade helping some of Austin’s most vulnerable populations navigate through life after crisis.

I graduated in 2022 with my Master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy can benefit everyone, because mental health is so crucial to overall health. I want to help you with relational & social issues, attachment, dependency, anger, resentment, ego, life transitions, pet loss, fear, guilt, shame, troublesome thought patterns, downward spirals, grief, trauma, forgiveness, finding joy, being present, and experiencing healthier emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

I have a calm, friendly, and patient demeanor. Therapy works best when it is a cooperative partnership. I’ve seen plenty of what brings people down, and I’ve seen how people can be built back up. I will listen and provide therapeutic feedback in our conversations as appropriate. I will ask for your feedback regularly as well. I want my clients to feel reinvigorated and headed in a positive direction after every session.
