Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to be their authentic selves while working toward personal growth and emotional wellness.

With over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through counseling, education, and student wellness services, I bring a comprehensive understanding of emotional development, resilience, and the challenges individuals face throughout life.

I provide individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, and mental health support focused on helping clients develop effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and improve overall emotional well-being.

My areas of support include anxiety, stress management, emotional regulation, life transitions, social-emotional development, and navigating difficult seasons of life. My counseling approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, intending to help each client recognize their strengths, build confidence, and feel supported throughout their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, focusing on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while helping clients identify practical steps toward growth and change. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach to support clients in building coping skills, resilience, and confidence while working toward their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they feel safe, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment that feels like a refuge while we explore your concerns, identify your goals, and begin building a collaborative path toward growth and wellness.
