Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work with clients experiencing difficulties related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am client centered and use a strengths based approach to help clients cultivate their progress from strengths they already possess. I believe that it is better to identify the things you are already doing well to naturally move toward your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

We will work together to identify goals and start to build a rapport in our first session. My first goal is to help clients begin to feel comfortable and believe that they have the ability to move towards relief from their struggles. From there, we will gently challenge the difficult feelings and negative thoughts contributing to the struggle. Many clients let me know that even just speaking their concerns aloud starts to create change.
