Great to meet you!

Greetings! My name is Mardi Rosenfeld. I am a strengths-based therapist who is passionate about helping individuals discover and develop their fullest potential emotionally, socially, and professionally. Through my own life experiences, obstacles, and personal challenges, I have come to appreciate the importance of recognizing and building upon our inherent strengths, or what I like to call our "good stuff." I believe that developing awareness of these strengths can foster growth, resilience, and meaningful progress toward self-actualization.

My approach to therapy

As an educator at heart, I enjoy helping others gain insight, learn new perspectives, and develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. My approach is compassionate, empowering, and collaborative. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate the confidence needed to create positive and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are seeking support through a difficult season, navigating personal or professional transitions, or simply striving to become the best version of yourself, I would be honored to accompany you on your journey.
