Great to meet you!

I am a queer, genderfluid, and non-monogamous systemic therapist. I have over 6 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of settings with individuals, couples, and families. As an LMFT, I offer a unique perspective, using a systemic approach to mental health to consider the impact of relationships, systems, and cultural narratives on overall wellbeing. I believe that we are all born secure and we do not exist in isolation, needing to be understood and considered in the context of these systems.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with other queer folks and work to cultivate an affirming environment for all identities. I firmly believe that you are the expert on your experience, not the other way around, and I offer a collaborative approach towards change. Using a trauma-informed and relational lens, I pull from a variety of approaches and focus on holistic treatment.

What you can expect from me

As a queer therapist, authenticity and embodiment is fundamental to me and something I strive to make space for with all my clients. It's my hope that you feel seen and encouraged to show up as your authentic self, and that this will then reverberate out into your daily life. Together, we can cultivate greater self-compassion and congruence in being who you are.
