Great to meet you!

My primary focus is supporting mothers experiencing anticipatory grief, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, infant loss, and the complex emotions that accompany these experiences. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process your grief, honor your story, and navigate the changes loss can bring to your identity, relationships, and daily life. While every journey is unique, you do not have to carry it alone. My goal is to help you find support, meaning, and stability as you move through grief at your own pace. Grief affects the entire family, I can also provide support for children who are navigating the loss or the impact of grief within the family system.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate space for those experiencing perinatal or infant loss, supporting you as you navigate grief and healing. With children, I use creative, age-appropriate approaches to help with emotions and grief.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard and understood. During our first sessions, I take time to learn about your experiences, hear your goals for therapy, and work collaboratively to support your healing journey.
