My name is Margali Sagaille, and I’m a Board-Certified Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Hollywood, Florida, providing telehealth services. I am also credentialed as a board-certified Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. With over 30 years of nursing experience and 17 years in advanced practice, I take a holistic approach to mental health care, addressing the mind and body to promote overall wellness. I specialize in medication management for adults and older adults, offering personalized care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my empathetic nature, strong listening and interviewing skills, and commitment to personalized care. I excel at creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and concerns. My ability to catch information that patients give indirectly helps me uncover underlying issues, allowing us to develop practical coping strategies and make meaningful life changes. My approach is collaborative, empowering clients to participate actively in their healing and growth.

During our first virtual session, you can expect a thorough and compassionate evaluation of your mental health needs. We'll talk about your current symptoms, medical history, and any concerns you may have. During this initial evaluation, information will be gathered to establish care and commence a provider-patient relationship. This session takes longer than a follow-up or medication management visit. We’ll develop a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, or other interventions tailored to your unique situation. I aim to ensure you feel heard, understood, and supported from the beginning.
