Great to meet you!
At some point, we all face moments when life feels heavier than we can carry alone. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, offering a safe, supportive space where you can untangle your thoughts, process your emotions, and discover new ways forward. Therapy works best when it’s a partnership. Together, we will identify patterns that no longer serve you and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.
I have 35 years experience working with child family issues relating to abuse and neglect of individuals. I have knowledge of court systems (family, juvenile). I have experience working with domestic violence victims and offenders. I currently run a group for the State of Connecticut assisting offenders.
My goal is to help individuals heal from their trauma and reintroduce them to themselves prior to the trauma occuring and putting them back on the path of knowing they are "good enough".
