I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified School Psychologist working with ages 7 and up. I use multiple treatment modalities in order to provide each client treatment specifically designed to meet their needs, I enjoy working collaboratively with clients and their families to ensure the best outcome.

My approach to therapy

I use a warm, collaborative approach with clients. Favorite treatment modalities include person centered therapy, ACT, and CBT. I spend time with each client and use their input to decide the best approach. Every client is different and I strive to provide therapy that addresses each individual's unique needs.
