Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a passion for helping people achieve mental and emotional well-being. My journey in healthcare began eight years ago as a registered nurse, where I developed a deep appreciation for patient-centered care. Recognizing the immense and growing need for accessible mental health services, I pursued a career as a PMHNP to provide comprehensive and compassionate support to individuals and families.

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in a holistic approach that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that mental health is a balance of physical well-being, emotional state, and environmental factors. I am open-minded and utilize a range of evidence-based interventions, including psychotherapy, medication management, and psychoeducation, to help clients navigate their mental health journey. My goal is to create a warm and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to feel a sense of relief and clarity. We'll begin by discussing your concerns, medical history, and personal goals in a confidential and supportive setting. My priority is to listen and fully understand your situation. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that outlines a clear path forward, giving you a tangible sense of hope and a strategy for moving toward a healthier future.
