I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist who has experience in treating a diverse clientele. Including, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I have experience with treating clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
My specialties are geared towards helping my clients with anxiety, and depressive symptoms by managing their symptoms and reducing stress. I will work with my client in developing coping strategies, empowering them while using a person centered approach.
I create a warm environment, welcoming an open ended discussion. Helping my client process through their emotions, while providing support and feedback.
