My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, holistic, and includes a focus on mind-body connections. I will meet you where you are at in your journey and support you in your well-being.

My passion lies in empowering clients to overcome obstacles and realize their full potential. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for exploration and transformation. I strive to foster resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful connections, guiding each individual towards a life of fulfillment and well-being.

What you can expect from me

I will help you find what's standing in the way of achieving happiness, fulfillment, success, and well-being. I'm here to help you re-connect with who you truly are, who you're meant to be.
