Having worked in direct practice for more than 35 years, I’ve discovered that a strengths-based, resiliency-focused, trauma-informed approach to mental health practice works well. I use evidence-based methods to help individuals and families achieve goals and function at their best. If psychoeducation will help, I might share information and handouts or articles that you can refer to between sessions. I look forward to working with you.
