Great to meet you!

Having worked in direct practice for more than 40 years, I’ve discovered that a strengths-based, resiliency-focused, trauma-informed approach to mental health practice works well. I use evidence-based methods to help individuals and families achieve goals and function at their best. If psychoeducation will help, I might share information and handouts or articles that you can refer to between sessions. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning that we choose a method that best fits your needs.

What you can expect from me

My clients take away knowledge and skills that not only help them solve current problems, but also provide them with knowledge and skills that can help them in the future.
