Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, with over 17 years of experience, I am committed to supporting and empowering my clients on their path toward self growth and healing. I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe and understood, while also being gently challenged to make meaningful and lasting change.

I specialize in the areas of grief and loss, anxiety, depression, family of origin concerns and interpersonal communication. I am relational, and value the importance of the therapeutic alliance as a tool to facilitate change. My hope is for clients to gain clarity, build strength and move forward with greater self awareness and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative, client-centered approach drawing from ACT, CBT and DBT. I tailor treatment to my clients' unique needs, goals and values.

What you can expect from me

I value meeting my clients where they are at; the first session is often an opportunity to hear the primary reason they are coming into counseling. From there, gathering information and collaborating with my client on how to best serve them and move forward.
