Great to meet you!

I understand that seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I provide evidence-based medication management and supportive therapy for individuals ages 14 and older experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, faiths, orientations, and beliefs, and I strive to provide a welcoming, collaborative environment where you can be yourself and feel heard. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and unique circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical—we’ll explore what’s not working and create a clear, realistic plan to help you feel more like yourself again. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, and practical tools tailored to your individual needs. I believe that understanding why you're experiencing certain symptoms is an important part of healing, so I take time to explain how the brain works, how mental health conditions affect daily life, and what to expect from medications and therapy. I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and participating in decisions about their care.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and thorough conversation focused on understanding their history, current concerns, symptoms, goals, and overall wellness. We’ll discuss what has been working, what challenges you’ve been facing, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I’m direct and transparent about treatment options, and I place a strong emphasis on making sure you feel heard, respected, and supported from the start and throughout your care.
