I have a combined level of experience, both educational and professional, in the field of mental health spanning more than 35 years. My objective is always to assist YOU to be successful in whatever life situations they may encounter.

My approach to any clinical issues is to take a wholistic view of your life and circumstances. Our experiences mold our beliefs about ourselves and our abilities to manage life as it unfolds. You are unique, and yet, most human beings struggle with similar issues and face similar life circumstances. We have to start where you are to get you where you desire to be. I

I have been guiding clients to resolve traumatic life events, increase self-confidence, making positive emotional progress. My focus is for you to realize deeper satisfaction, increase deeper levels of connection in relationships. Trained in a variety of approaches designed to assist with the spiritual, emotional, psychological, health/well-being, and relational aspects of the individual's life, I am a true believer in the power of change.
