Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with impulsive behaviors? Do you often feel like you are not able to communicate effectively? Have anxious thoughts overcome your mind? Although this can be overwhelming, there is hope. With extra support, we effectively manage our thoughts and use healthy coping strategies to decrease the intensity of unpleasant emotions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am trained in evidence-based treatments called DBT and CBT. Both treatments have helped me become the best clinician I can be for my clients. I view situations with a trauma-informed lens to make sure that clients feel safe in sessions. Everyone deserves to be listened to and experience validation of their emotions

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to support my clients in increasing self-awareness and their emotional intelligence. I love to help clients create new coping skills and integrate them into their everyday life. I believe that true healing begins when we let go of our suffering and move toward acceptance.
