Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, collaborative therapist dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and respected. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each person’s individual needs, goals, and experiences. I work with clients navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and personal growth. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I strive to help each client develop greater insight, confidence, and practical tools for creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I take time to understand your experiences and what you hope to accomplish, then work with you to develop an approach that feels practical and meaningful. Depending on your needs, we may explore patterns of thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and past experiences while also focusing on skills you can use in your everyday life. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental environment where you can be authentic, build self-awareness, and move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin creating a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to accomplish. I’ll answer any questions you have about the therapy process and collaborate with you on initial goals. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready to discuss. By the end of our first session, we’ll have a clearer understanding of your priorities and a starting point for moving forward together.
