I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s in Nursing from Regis College. With a deep passion for mental health care, I provide individualized, safe, and holistic treatment to jpatients. Originally drawn to the field of nursing due to her innate compassion and desire to help others, I have accumulated extensive experience in psychiatric and behavioral health care. As a compassionate provider, I understand, provide support, and empower my client to prioritize their mental health.

I provide compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care grounded in evidence-based practice and a collaborative approach. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and focused on building trusting relationships where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate in their treatment decisions.

My clinical experience spans inpatient, outpatient, community, and correctional settings, allowing me to care for diverse populations across the lifespan. I have a particular interest in treating anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and other mood and behavioral health conditions.

I work closely with clients to conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide medication management and supportive psychotherapy. I emphasize education, open communication, and shared decision-making to help clients better understand their diagnoses and treatment options.

My goal is to provide holistic care that addresses the biological, psychological, and social factors affecting mental health while helping clients achieve improved functioning, resilience, and overall well-being.
