Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I believe that healing and growth happen through authentic connection, collaboration, and self-discovery. I bring humor, warmth, and an open mind into the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment. I recognize that seeking support can be difficult, and I strive to make therapy a place where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused and strength-based, helping clients identify their existing resources while developing practical strategies to navigate life's challenges. I use a multi-modal therapeutic approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based interventions to meet each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to the individual, helping clients gain insight, build coping skills, improve relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what has brought you to counseling. I'll take time to learn about your concerns, strengths, goals, and any important life experiences that help me better understand your unique situation. Together, we'll begin identifying what you would like to achieve through therapy and develop a plan that feels comfortable and meaningful to you. Most importantly, you can expect a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion from the very beginning.
