Great to meet you!

I offer individual therapy for adults, and my focus is on helping you build a healthy relationship with yourself. This approach helps if you are feeling stuck in patterns that are not working for you, struggling with self criticism, experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, etc. I offer insight-oriented conversations, practices, and tools to help you find more balance and harmony from the inside out.

My approach to therapy

I often teach mindfulness, acceptance, internal integration, and self compassion. This includes emphasis on developing clarity and insight about yourself while offering practical tools and practices. While we gain new direction and understanding, you will experience my gentle directness, willingness to be frank and accessible, and moments of laughter.

What you can expect from me

I help you find clarity to identify your goals, gain new insights about yourself, and practice tools outside of session to support your progress.
