My name is Margaret Kenney, and I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. Margaret specializes with individuals who want to regain control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to feel their best in their personal, professional, and social life!

My approach to therapy

Treatment is centered on the understanding of each patients’ unique concerns, identifying individual strengths, and working with the Client to develop skills to overcome obstacles. During this process, I am sensitive, supportive, and solution-focused in offering therapeutic services. Each individual is unique; therefore, I have an Eclectic style for engaging patients in therapy. My therapeutic method includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Transdiagnostic Treatment of Emotional disorders.
