I have worked extensively in child protection and medical social work, supporting children and families facing trauma, crisis, and complex medical situations. I have a deep commitment to helping those who have experienced traumatic birth and sudden infant loss, offering compassionate guidance through grief, healing, and adjustment.

In addition to my clinical work, I've had the privilege of serving as an adjunct faculty member at Washington University, where I mentored future social workers. As a parent of four, I understand firsthand the complexities of raising a family, and brings that real-world perspective into my practice.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. She believes that healing happens in connection. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

With 30 years in the field of clinical social work, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and a strength-based perspective.
