Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cricket Luke, LCSW. I help teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are find steadier ground and a clearer sense of self. I specialize in mood disorders, trauma, BPD, anxiety, and life transitions, and I have a special passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and anyone learning to regulate emotions or rebuild confidence.

Therapy with me often feels like a conversation: honest, supportive, and sometimes even a little bit funny. I draw from DBT, CBT, CPT, Motivational Therapy, Seeking Safety, and supportive psychotherapy, blending practical tools with creative approaches that make growth feel both possible and personal.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and real. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, judgment-free space to explore what’s been holding you back and to build tools that actually work in your everyday life.

I use a mix of DBT, CBT, CPT, Motivational Therapy, Seeking Safety, and supportive psychotherapy, always tailored to your needs. Whether you’re working on emotional regulation, healing from trauma, or strengthening relationships, my goal is to help you reconnect with your values, confidence, and sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll slow things down and get to know what’s really bringing you in—no pressure or judgment—just honest conversation. I want to understand what life feels like for you right now, what’s been hard, and what you hope will feel different.

We’ll talk about what’s worked and what hasn’t in the past, and start building a plan that feels manageable and realistic. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling seen, understood, and a little more grounded about what comes next.
