Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a former teacher who shifted into therapy because I am passionate about the mental health of children and families. I specialize in trauma support, school issues, and neurodivergence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths oriented. I want to help my clients effect real and lasting positive changes in their lives. I seek to build on the skills and knowledge that clients bring in to session by providing guidance, feedback, and evidence-based interventions.

What you can expect from me

When starting out with a new client, I want to ensure that my approach is a good fit for the goals they have in mind. I begin by gathering a wide range of information while also working to forge a positive personal connection. It's so important to me that my clients feel supported and understood from the very beginning.
