Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over ten years of professional experience working with adults, teens and families. Throughout my career, I have focused my efforts on creating a collaborative relationship with my clients, helping them to identify their own strengths in order to address both symptoms and core conflicts.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in therapy that brings an enduring sense of calm and confidence, freeing us to focus on what really matters in life, and is grounded in the latest science. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice, looking at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences in your daily life. I strive to provide supportive, warm, and relatable therapy, encouraging the freedom for authenticity, humor and exploration.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
