Great to meet you!
Maybe you're facing a change you didn't choose — a relationship shifting, a career ending, a parent who suddenly needs you, retirement that looked simpler from a distance. Maybe anxiety has been running in the background for years, or you've lost someone and the world hasn't adjusted to that yet. I'm Margaret Morgan, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 15 years of experience working with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, and significant life transitions. I have a particular interest in the seasons of life that leave people genuinely uncertain about what comes next: changes in relationships, careers, caregiving roles, and retirement. I also work with women holding several roles at once, and with adults adjusting to a chronic health condition. Before entering the mental health field I worked in healthcare, which gave me real appreciation for how closely physical and emotional well-being are connected — stress, loss, and ongoing pressure affect not just how we feel but how we function day to day. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and worked across a variety of behavioral health settings before establishing my private telehealth practice. I believe meaningful change is possible at any stage of life, and I provide secure telehealth therapy to adults 18 and older throughout Florida.
