Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual individual therapy to adults across Illinois. My experience in hospital and community mental health has shaped me into a grounded, direct, and compassionate therapist. I’ve worked closely with people navigating major transitions, burnout, and complex emotional struggles, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel to keep functioning on the outside while struggling internally.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and insight-focused, which means we’ll pay attention to patterns, relationships, and the deeper themes that shape your experiences. I also bring in practical tools when helpful, so you leave sessions not just with insight, but with strategies you can actually use. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and identity exploration, and I provide affirming, supportive care for LGBTQ+ clients. Above all, I aim to create a space that feels warm, honest, and steady, where you can understand yourself more clearly and make changes that truly last.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, collaborative space where we focus on what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to see change. I’ll ask some questions to understand your history, patterns, and strengths, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We’ll begin identifying clear goals and discuss how we can work together to create meaningful, sustainable progress.
