Great to meet you!

Therapy is an opportunity to team up with a caring, open-minded professional who wants the best for you. I'll help you identify what type of change you want or need, and, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, help you pursue those changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe the warm, unbiased, and ethical relationship you share with a therapist can be the basis of significant and long-lasting therapeutic change. Some approaches I draw from include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, trauma-informed therapy, and somatics/body based therapy. I focus on teaching psychological flexibility, which is empirically shown to improve wellness and the quality of our relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll hope to learn a little about what it's like to be you! Together, we'll identify your goals and talk about how we can go about making the changes you hope for.
