Great to meet you!

Self awareness is a superpower and should be the main goal of treatment.

I offer psychotherapy as a tool for self-examination, as well as medication management. Antidepressants can help with mood disorders and anxiety. Furthermore, I have extensive experience treating binge eating disorder or out of control eating and believe GLP-1's are a wonder of our time. I am uniquely qualified to guide a patient towards a healthier body image and relationship with food given my experience with eating disorders and addiction. I am a prescriber and also someone who have experienced massive weight loss through a GLP-1 and am maintaining. Thoughtful use can diminish the suffering caused by these conditions.

Take another step towards being your best self with expert mental health treatment with me.

My approach to therapy

I believe in gentle and direct guidance that empowers an individual to be self-aware and self-directed. It is my hope that clients do not let psychotropic medication stigma stop them from living their very best life.

What you can expect from me

Ideally, I will get to know you sufficiently to diagnose conditions such as mood disorders and/or eating disorders. We can then craft a data driven, personalized plan to a more joyful and fulfilling life.
