Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Maggie. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Washington, and I work with adults (18+) across the lifespan navigating anxiety, depression, relationship strain, and the stress that builds up when life feels like too much. I offer telehealth sessions across Washington, and I’d love to help you find steadier ground.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, we will draw on evidence based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral

Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you notice unhelpful thought patterns, practice flexible thinking, and start feeling more like

yourself. I also weave in mindfulness based practices to build awareness of what is

happening in your body and mind, and trauma focused CBT when past experiences are

shaping how you feel today. For some clients, looking at early relationships and

attachment patterns helps make sense of what is showing up now. My goal is to create a

safe, supportive space where you can process your story at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy now, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping will feel different. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, we’ll figure it out together. Sessions are held over telehealth, so you can meet with me from wherever feels comfortable.
