Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Maggy, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work.

I have experience supporting individuals with co-occurring conditions, meaning mental health challenges alongside substance use. I commonly work with concerns such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and borderline personality disorder, etc.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic approach, utilizing different treatment modalities tailored to your unique needs. You set the pace and direction for each session. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, observations, and feedback to support your growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll invite you to share about your story, background, and experiences. We'll explore these areas at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we'll discuss your expectations and goals. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be your authentic self.
